How do I transfer my subsonic configuration(e.g. username/pswd/playlist/media file path) to a new pc?

For whom may have the same needs as me, you only need to transfer the whole folder(c:\subsonic) to your new PC to transfer your subsonic configuration. Remember to keep your media path unchanged.
