mp4 video playback stops - ffmpeg flooding log file

Hi all,

I just setup subsonic for video-streaming. I had to play around with the transcoding, but it works with this settings for ffmpeg:

Code: Select all
ffmpeg -re -y -i %s -f asf -b 150k -r 20 -ar 44100 -ab 64 -ac 1 -

However, every now and then the playback stops after 8-10 minutes but the streaming continues according to the log file. Actually ffmpeg is flooding the log file - right from the beginning of the streaming - with messages like those:

Code: Select all

Obviously those messages could be related to the playback stopping, but I have no idea what they mean. I wasn't able to find anything on the ffmpeg website. Could someone please direct me into the right direction?

Are those error messages or just information about the key-frames etc.?
Is there a way to suppress those messages?

Any suggestion appreciated.
Cheers,
Tom
