When I'm listening something, last.fm shows only "Just listened" instade of "Now playing"

I'm using Subsonic version 3.8.

(from changelog for v. 3.8 )

New: Updated to Last.fm submission protocol version 1.2.1, with support for "Now playing".

please help

I am having the same issue. Except, that sometimes it shows that it is now playing and others (most of the time) it shows that it was just played. I would also like to know why this is happening.
