Im not not a complete noob , but I am far from an expert.. I do have tomcat and apache up and running on win 32 wich is no big feat, althought it took me 2 days of trial and error before I got tomcat up and running,(ok so I am noob) Anyways localhost:8080 tomcat works but when i try /subsonic I get a 404 error, the requested resource is not available..

www\tomcat5\webapps\Subsonic I put the war file in this directory
I am unsure of what to do next.

Ive tried source forge for a manual or a guide with instructions but I havent seen anywhere, and most of the users on this forum use linux.
So whats next ?

Hi,

Please follow the instructions on http://subsonic.sourceforge.net/download.html, and you'll hopefully be fine.

Ok so.. I was origionally tryin to use it with WAMP
wich is a web development server suite.. Put I found out that its much easier to just set up Tomcat from the tomcat.apache web site.. I will follow the instructins.....
Wow that was simple... Thanks alot working great :)
