Subsonic on iPhone

Is there anyone working with an iPhone application for Subsonic?

I have paid over $50 in iphone apps trying to at least stream a playlist over my iphone with Subsonic and have been unsuccessful.
I like that with Subsonic I have control over transcoding, downsampling and that my music does not go through an external server, (Simplify Media). I would gladly pay for a Subsonic App.

I agree. I've never paid for one iPhone app yet, but I would gladly pay for a Subsonic one.

For now, what I do is listen to the Subsonic stream via the Pocket Tunes app. You can configure any m3u playlist to play through it. Only problem is that you can't skip songs, create new playlists, etc.

For what it's worth, you can stream to your iphone with subsonic, but it's not nearly as nice as the android app. All you do is point your iphone browser to the subsonic interface, go to settings, put it in external player mode, cue up music, then click play. Your iphone will automatically open a stream in quicktime. You can't see what you're playing or control it, but you're streaming.

On another note, if there were simply an iphone safari capable web interface rather than the wap [which doesn't work] it would also work much better. Oh well.
