SERVER: My Subsonic server is running under Tomcat 5.5 on Linux. I only have one account now "admin", and I've set no maximum bitrate for this account.
PHONE: My phone is a T-Mobile MyTouch (HTC Magic 32B). I'm running v1.1 of the Android application.
MY PROBLEM: I've found that about 10-20 seconds into each song, playback will PAUSE for several seconds, and a notification will pop up briefly showing the name of the song. The notification is quite useless, and the unwanted pause in playback renders the application unusable. Maybe this is not even the application's fault? Can I configure something on the phone itself to fix this? I'm not transcoding the audio by the way, and (almost) all my MP3s are 320 kbps.
It's frustrating because it's soooo very close to working!
