Straight Streaming of MP4 Video Files

I've got the latest Subsonic version running on my WHS. Streaming audio files seems to work well with my T-Mobile G1 Android based phone running Subsonic on the phone.

I'm now trying to stream some video files which are already in MP4 format and I've confirmed that if I place the video on the G1's internal SD Card it will play. I read some posts and downloaded FFMPEG and made the recommended changes but it seems the MP4 -> FLV conversion is not working.

Rather than convert to FLV how would I go about just streaming the MP4 since I know that it will play on the phone?

I WOULD love to be able to do this as well. I have been doing this for a while using the web browser but if the app could handle streaming video then I'd really be excited.
