Subsonic XML Api

Howdie folks,

Im trying to create a Google Chrome Extension so that i dont need to keep the my Subsonic web page open all the time. Has anyone else noticed that when using the stream.view api call it streams extremely slowly (1164 B/s on average for me).

Is it just the way the api works or am I doing something wrong ?

Hi,

Both the Android client and the Adobe AIR client uses the XML API for streaming without any bandwidth issues. So it's most likely that the error is elsewhere.
