Change the Page Title

I know i have asked this before but i would really like to be able to change to page title displayed in the tab of firefox to something else i know how to change the favicon but i cant figure out how to change the page title.

Open WEB-INF/jsp/head.jsp
and edit the text between <title>and</title>
and edit the text between <title>and</title>
