Still the occasional crash

I've been running Subsonic for probably at least a year now. Been through several version changes and am currently on: 3.9 (build 1335) jetty-6.1.x, java 1.6.0_11, Windows XP.

Subsonic still occasionally crashes and I cannot figure out why. There is no indication of the problem in the subsonic.log and the only thing that is written to the event viewer is: "The Subsonic service entered the stopped state." I have the Subsonic Service set to restart in the event of a failure but it doesn't. Right now I have a batch file set to run ever hour to start the service if it is not started and that works but..... I'd really like to solve this problem. I absolutely LOVE this program and pretty much now can't live without it. Please let me know if I need to provide any more details. Helpful hints tips and suggestions always welcome!!!
