Invalid artist name on compilation albums

Hi, This one may've been asked before but I couldn't find an nswer to it. How do i set things up so that compilation albums (various artists) shows artist as "Various" or something similar in the home view?

Currently it shows the artist name of the first song on the album.

This is currently not possible in subsonic. Maybe it will be added if someone makes a thread in "feature requests" subforum and receives support for this idea? *wink wink* i would support it for one, makes for a strange apeareance in the main tab and also makes it hard to maintain covers.

This problem has been discussed before, but no word on whether or not a solution will be implemented anytime soon.

Ideally, this should be solved by allowing the user to define the fields to be displayed when browsing in Subsonic - I would prefer to have my %ALBUMARTIST% tag displayed, instead of %ARTIST% - this would solve a multitude of issues, this one included.
