Subsonic Forum

Is it possible to, when using the [user].subsonic.org address, to not show your ip and port info in browser window? I would like it to just show the xxxx.subsonic.org instead.

I don't think you can. Subsonic just takes the IP address of the network adapter it binds to and registers it. The xxx.subsonic.org is just a DNS redirection service, it cannot register subdomains, and I believe that would be too much work for something given for free.

It would be cool though - maybe an extra service for paying supporters? Heck, I'd gladly pay $10 a year for an xxx.subsonic.org address
