I could use some serious help getting subsonic up and running on os x 10.5. I have been able to connect internally using my comps ip and port, but i cannot reach the server from the outside world. I checked the plist and saw it was set at 4040, and made sure that my linksys router was also set to forward port 4040. I have tried adding the subsonic app to my firewall and allowing any incoming calls, but that doesnt work. I then set the mac to allow any incoming call at all, and this didnt work either.

am I missing something? I dont see a place to tell os x which port subsonic should connect to, or anything else...

I should mention that I am using subsonic with a custom DynDNS address, not the automagical setup.

do you have a modem/router from your internet provider? i have a netgear wireless router connected to a modem/router from my internet provider and i had to open ports on that router aswell to get it working.
