Move subsonic to another Windows-Computer

Hi,
I would like to move my subsonic installation to another Windows-PC.
I would prefer to just move the installtion, because I made some JSP-Changes und have a lot of comments in the database.
Is this possible and which folders do I have to move.

If this is not possible and if I have to install subsonic again:
Which files/folders do I have to move to get the same database and configuration?
