How do i find out my website address?

I would suggest searching the forums before you post. There are several helpful thread that can help you solve this and your iPhone problem.

If you have donated it would be something like foobar.subsonic.org (foobar being whatever you have specified it to on your site)

Otherwise there is some more involved configuration involved.
