Also Frustrated !!!

I've installed the application, I want to use it , heck even to donate..and I can't get anyone to help me even get logged in. I have tried multiple combination and multiple things I've read in the forums. All to no avail.
Further I'm even going to get it on the Iphone once; well IF I can get it working.
Can someone please help.

Are you using FiOS? Have you set up port forwarding on your router (assuming you're using a router)?

I am using Windows and and I haven't even gotten to the point to worry about port forwarding or even going in to my router and firewalls to configure the network.
The issue is:
1. I can bring up the log on page
2. I CAN NOT log on.
3. The admin / admin or admin / does not work.
Can you assist with this?
