subsonic crashes at windows start

hello,

I've been using subsonic for a while without problems. Only a week ago it stopped working. When xp boots up subsonic is loaded but then it crashes immediately. Restarting subsonic from the control panel does not work, neither restarting the the subsonic-agent.exe. I've also removed the whole java installation and installed a brand new jre. A subsonic update to the latest version also didn't help. The c:\subsonic\ folder only has the transcode folder.

Who knows the awnser?
