Play button for users

Good afternoon,

I've been running the 3.9 stable version (mainly because iphone app doesn't support 4.0 yet) on a linux box with apache port forwarding. I'm using google's chrome browser, and have tested with firefox as well.

Everything works great logged in as admin.

I'm running into a problem with the user I created for myself. There is no play button next to the songs, albums, or artist. The only way i can get songs to play is to add them to the current playlist and then click play on the player at the bottom. Is anyone else experiencing this? Logging in as admin works great, showing the play buttons.

Strange. I have a couple of suggestions:

1. Clear browser cache.
2. Check that "Settings > Users > User is allowed to play files" is enabled for your user.

The user was allowed to play files and had admin permissions. I just tried deleting the user, and creating it again. The play buttons came back. Very strange...
