Please check the server address.

Everything has been working fine until yesterday and now I keep getting this error. I haven't changed any settings. The only thing I've done differently is donate. Please help!

If you post or email me your subsonic.org address, I might be able to troubleshoot this.

Cheers,
Sindre

I am having this same problem today.

ERROR:
Either the Subsonic URL is incorrect, the Subsonic server is down, or you may be connected to Wifi but do not have acess to the outside Internet.

I have made no changes to any settings but have been getting this error message all day. I got this message when accessing over 3G; once I turned on the wifi on my iPhone, it connected with no problem.

When I'm logged into Subsonic and try to test the URL, I get this message:

regrandall.subsonic.org is registered, but could not connect to it. (ConnectTimeoutException)

Again, this is only when I'm connecting via 3G.

my URL is http://regrandall.subsonic.org

Are you using manual or automatic port forwarding? (Automatic as in "Settings > Network" in Subsonic).

If you're using manual port forwarding, to which IP address and port do you forward. (I would expect it to be 192.168.1.100 and port 80)

Sindre

I'm using automatic port forwarding,

Port 80 is forwarded to 192.168.1.100

I'm not sure why this quit working, it was working fine the day before. I haven't changed any of the settings.

Does it work from a different computer on the same local network?

I can open it on my home computer via wifi.

However, I tried to open the site at work yesterday and couldn't get it to load.

I'm at a friend's house now
