Initial setup

I am getting a message that the server address I have created is registered but that subsonic could not connect to it and that it is timing out. It also is showing that port forwarding has been successfully accomplished. Additionally, when I attempt to connect to the server address using my phone, I get a message that the address is incorrect or that I am not connected to the internet (which I am). Thoughts,ideas, suggestions?
