Error upgrading to 4.0.1

I just used dpkg -i on Ubuntu to upgrade from 4 to 4.0.1

I can no longer access the web interface at all. Instead I see the following 404 error:

subsonic RequestURI=/WEB-INF/jsp/index.jsp

Any ideas?
