Need Help with Podcast's.

I've been trying for a couple days to get the podcast feature to work but to be honest I wasn't real sure what I was doing. ( I've done several searches )

I've subscribed to the podcast and have saved the podcast in my shared music video. I have my own domain and it's forwarded fine and I can stream music fine from anywhere.

I'm not real sure about the podcast though. On the page with the podcast it has an area for uploading. I haven't found any documentation on what this is.

Also, I've seen several posts about RSS and the URL directing to your podcast. I type in my URL http:// ... /podcast and I get a html document.

When you do the podcast thing (more option at top) it says saved playlists are available for rss.

then says upload file. Does this upload a file to google or wherever you specify?

Could someone help me out with this? Or point me in the right direction. I'm not new to computers but I am new to itunes.

I thought maybe since it says "playlist" i'd upload an podcast playlist ( it's itunes U ( not specifically podcasts ) if that makes a difference) but I can't even find the playlists's. Seriously, looked where it should be, done searches. It's crazy.

Also I'm brand new to RSS feeds thought they seem to be pretty simple.

Once again. Any help out there?
