"Add to playlist" function kills playback. bug or

Not sure if this is a bug. Others say they dont have the problem!
If I try to add selected tracks to a playlist the playback stops.

I get it in Firefox, Opera and some other browsers in Linux Mint 9. I also get it with Firefox and IE in Windows 7.
I cant tell yet if its my server setup or to do with the clients. Anyway it makes setting up playlists about as fun as eating ice cream with gravel in it .. (if you get the parallel. ) as you have to constantly restart the music !
