Transcoding faulty in 4.0.1 -- MPC and APE transcoding

Hi,
Subsonic moved to ffmpeg transcoding in 4.xx version. After since MPC and APE transcoding had been faulty. This is huge problem for all of us who has music encoded to monkeyaudio or musepack.
