Subair broken after changing UID

I had to change the numeric UID of my (Linux, Fedora 12) desktop user, and every since Subair doesn't work. I enter the username, password, and URL, click save -- and nothing happens.

I'm guessing something, somewhre, is still tied to the old UID, but I'm not sure where to look. Where does Subair save it's data ?

I even tried removing and reinstalling both Air and Subair, and it had no effect. Subair in fact still had the URL saved from before the reinstall.

By default (on Debian \ Ubuntu anyway) SubAir installs in /opt.

I agree with your assessment that it's probably an issue tied to the UID. Have you tried running SubAir as root? I bet if you did that, it would open because it's most likely something with file permissions...

The first thing I would have told you to do, obviously, is a reinstall. I am surprised that didn't fix the problem actually...

Cheers,
Kirk

OK, After much searching I've solved this.

At least on a Fedora 13 Gnome system, I deleted everything in
~/.appdata/Adobe/AIR/ELS

SubAir is the only Air program I use, so possibly it wasn't necessary to delete everything. I removed the directory
com.id.SubAir.C2336544474511B7014288460C4F8A7785E47AD0.1/ and the file 'hash'
