It's a suggestion - you can choose custom increments if I'm not mistaken. It's a paypal payment.

Maybe I'm just an idiot, but I don't see how to do it. When I click one of the paypal links, there doesn't seem to be a way to change the increment. I also didn't see an email account to address a new transaction to.
