Subsonic encountered an internal error ....

Although subsonic is really stable, since some weeks I have from time to time the following internal error after restart of tomcat.

May be someone knows what to do

I'm not sure why you get that error. It comes from deep within a third-party security framework, Acegi, which I use. I'll upgrade to the latest Acegi version in Subsonic 3.0. With some luck, that will fix it.
