Subsonic Forum

I am using iSub and since today I get the message that it looks like the trial period of use of the API is over. It says I should donate to the Subsonic project.

But I donated about two weeks ago in order to get myusername.subsonic.org working.

What should I do? Donate again? Or is something wrong?

I have the same problem. I recently donated, and as of today iSub tells me: "It looks like the trial period for use of the API on this Subsonic server is over." And it asks me to donate.

Please help, I cannot use iSub anymore because of this issue.

It came out of the blue, I had made no changes to the server, nor to the settings in the app.

Here's a workaround that was postedby baroquedub and has worked for me too:

"Okay found that simply clicking on 'Donate' and re-entering the key works fine"

I don't know how long this will hold, it shouldn't be necessary in the first place, but it works for now.

I (my friend) is having the same problem. She donated and subsonic shows the donation so that is all good.
However, iSub says subsonic needs a donation and the API is snookered. I should add I can access subsonic from a browser using http://hostname.subsonic.org so I know that's working.

I'm having this same problem and when I go to the donate screen it says it is registered and does not even show a place to insert the license key. any help?

Has this been fixed yet for anyone? I am experiencing a similar problem.

Same problem here, but only on my iPod Touch when using iSub, my IPhone iSub app works fine??????
