My z-subtronic was working fine until I installed 4.0.2 now it is very slow and often doesn't work at all - any advice would be welcome

Is there anything relevant to your issue in your Subsonic log file?

Click the logo on the upper left of the subsonic interface to view the most recent log file excerpts.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application? Have you tried doing rebooting your iPod? Sometimes these steps fix iPod\iPhone problems.
