I am in localhost:4040 trying to get Subsonic set up. I've made what I believe to be the necessary changes in my router. I'm using OpenWrt.
Port forwarded both 4040 and 80 and have UPnP turned on.
In Subsonic under Network, I see Status: Successfully forwarding port 4040.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have the port forwarded manually, you should not have UPnP still turned on in Subsonic. Turn off UPnP in Subsonic and restart your router. See if that fixes the problem.
Cheers,
Kirk

How would I go about turning UPnP off in Subsonic? I can disable it in my router but I don't know if that's what you mean.

Okay, I see how to enable / disable UPnP. That works fine, as it did previously. That's not my issue though.
for the name.subsonic.org server I'm getting
name.subsonic.org is registered, but could not connect to it.

www.canyouseeme.org for 4040..is it showing open? If so, you may need to email Sindre to resolve.
