Android App resumes playing when I don't want it to

Hi,

I haven't fully tested the scenarios where this behavior is occurring, but it appears that whenever I attach my Android phone to bluetooth audio device, subsonic fires up and resumes playing the last song I was playing when I exited the application previously.

this is even when Subsonic is not running on the phone.

Basically this is how it goes:

My phone has bluetooth turned off and subsonic is closed.
I put my phone into my car dock - enable bluetooth
the phone connects with my bluetooth audio device
and then subsonic automatically opens - the play button appears in top status bar - and a song starts playing.

The desired behavior is that Subsonic should not open unless I tell it to open.

Has anyone run into this before? I looked through settings of the app and didn't see anything that talks about "watching for bluetooth audio devices" and launching Subsonic when it sees one.

thank you,

justin

Has it ever done this with the default music app? It seems this is an Android setting, not a Subsonic one. When you attached a headset (whether physical or Bluetooth), it can send a request to the OS to play the last-opened/default music player.

Here's some more discussion, and a solution or two, here: http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid- ... -cord.html

Hopefully that helps!
