i have a friend who says he cannot get any audio from my server...im running it on win 7. he has a mac. he states that it starts but no sound...any ideas. i have very limit exp with mac.

Make sure that his flash and java are up to date. Have him try a different browser Firefox or Safari. If he can get to your server it is more than likely a an issue with the browser he is using.
