Adjusting Bandwidth Graph?

Is there a way to view either raw data from the User statistics graphs or adjust them to a static interval (100MB, 200MB, 300MB, etc rather than 1MB, 2MB, 10MB, 50MB, etc)?

The 'bytes' figure is stored in the 'user' table; I don't see anything that logs increments so I'm guessing the axis for the graphs are generated based upon the max byte size for a given user.
