Subsonic Forum

I donated and under About/donation it says my email address is registered. However, under Settings/Network it says my subsonic address trial period has expired and I should donate.

I cannot get my artist list to load through iSub on the iphone and if I try to log in via wpa it says the license has expired. I'm wondering if the license confusion is causing me not to be able to access the subsonic server through the iphone and wpa.

Please help.

If your Subsonic API is not licensed, after 30 days of using Subsonic, you will lose access to everything except the web interface. (Including your subsonic.org subdomain, WAP access, iSub, SubAir, etc.) This is why you are having this problem.

However, why Subsonic says you donated in one place but not another, I'm not sure. That's a question for someone else - I haven't had that issue before.

I'm having the same problem where the license appears to be good on the server, but subsonic.org is not recognizing it.
