convert. Rm to Mp3

I'm trying to convert. Rm to Mp3
I know that knows how mplayer
mplayer -noframedrop -ao pcm:file="fichier.wav" tonfichier.rm
lame -b bitrate ./fichier.wav ./fichier.mp3

so I installed the codecs and mplayer on my linux, then I tried to do this in 2 stages as follows:
rm> mp3 ¡ mr ¡ mp3 ¡ mplayer -noframedrop -ao pcm:file= - %s ¡ lame -b %b - -

but this does not work.
Can someone tell me how to transcode the mr to mp3 or explain how to use mplayer to decode with subsonic? the goal is to use the flash drive built into the web page.
