"Save to Phone" button in an awkward place (Androi
Posted: Tue Oct 12, 2010 2:59 pmI have a couple of very long playlists. One has about 1300 songs on it. I wanted to cache the entire playlist to my SD card. The Select All button is easily visible, but the Save To Phone button is at the bottom of the entire playlist. I have to scroll, scroll, scroll... through the entire playlist just to hit the button. It literally takes 30 seconds to scroll to the bottom of the list.
The Save to Phone and Delete From Phone buttons could be menu options instead of buttons. If you instead moved them under the Select All, Play and Queue buttons that would waste a lot of screen real estate. Maybe all five buttons could be menu options and give more room for the list of songs.
Whatever UI change you can come up with would be great if it saves users from scrolling for 30 seconds just to find a button.
