ConnectTimeoutException

I am a new user; I donated, created my address, and subsonic says it is successfully forwarding port 80.

However, I get:

ConnectTimeoutException


Any help?

Same issue here. Only difference is I have not yet donated, I would prefer not to donate until I at least get it up and running.

Subsonic says it's successfully forwarding port 80, but I get the same ConnectTimeoutException error.

I have McAfee firewall set to allow port 80 and Windows Firewall is disabled. However, at the canyouseeme.org website, it says it cannot see port 80.

I got it figured out: it seems my ISP simply blocks port 80 for me, so:

1) Disable automatic port forwarding.
2) Open Subsonic Control Panel from your system tray.
3) Under the Settings tab, change the port number.
4) Open your router settings and forward the port you opened in your Subsonic Control Panel.
5) Save settings and restart Subsonic.

Not saying this will work for you, but it worked for me :D
