Under Users, it tells you how much each user has listened to or downloaded. And under Most Recent, it tells you which albums were most recently listened to.

But is there a way to know WHICH users listened to WHICH albums? I sometimes wonder which of my friends likes certain music, as I have about 10 people sharing my music via webpage or iSub.

You pretty much need to analyse the Log file for information that specific. If you go to About... you'll see the log area.

Sample log entry from mine:

[24/10/10 03:15:32 CDT] INFO PlaylistInputStream johndoe listening to "1979 - Highway To Hell (2003 R)/01 - AC-DC - Highway To Hell.mp3

That log area obviously only shows the 50 most recent entries or so.... but you can always hit up the logfile directly /var/subsonic/subsonic.log. You could always use a loganalyser app or perl or etc. to parse that logfile and put together readable user stats about who listens to what.
