How do I get a completely clean reinstall? Something is wrong in that I can't change/add music folders. Running uninstall and deleting c:\subsonic folder did not change anything to do with the problem when I reinstalled (I thought) from scratch in hopes of correcting the problem.

What' OS are you on?

Windows 7 64

Are you having any other problems with the OS? I'd suggest doing a chkdsk to make sure there are no problems with the drive and I'd also uninstall/reinstall Java using the latest versions. Maky sure you install both the 32 and 64 bit versions of Java.

I'd do the Java install first, then see if it works. If no go, then do chkdsk to see if you have OS problems with the drive.

I'm running on Server 2008R2, which is ths same OS kernel, with no problems.
