Subsonic & Windows Media Player or X-box 360

I was wondering if there was a way to configure the xbox 360 to play back files via the WAN from my subsonic sever.
Or is there a way to get windows media player to playback playlists from the server via the WAN

Currently running windows seven. Subsonic server is accessible via WAN as it is not on the same LAN
