4.2 Can no longer run as user
Posted: Tue Nov 30, 2010 6:12 pmI upgraded to subsonic 4.2 today which promptly ceased accessing the samba mount. Subsonic is isntalled on a windows 2003 server and the samba share is on a linux backup server. After spending serveral hours going and re going through all the stuff I went through the first time when trying to get this to work I remeber that I had set the subsonic server to run as a user that also uses the same login to the samba share (as there is no other way in windows even when the share is mounted as a drive). When setting that on the service subsonic loads a blank page. I had to downgrade back to 4.1 to get it to run as a user that is not administrator.
