lost all music folders on left of Subsonic web pages

I have subsonic 4.2 installed on Ubuntu 10.10.
After adding the music folder, all the sub folders shown up on left side of my Subsonic library (webpages) as well on Android app. But after a few days all those folders are not being displayed on left side of webpages and no listing under the music library of android app.
How to solve this issue? I appreciate your help on this one.

Have you tried doing a manual update of the search index?

Settings/Search - click on Update search index now.
