Help: I don't know what to do!

Postby apedap1 » Wed Dec 22, 2010 9:33 pm

I have installed both the Windows verison and the standalone verison and I can't get any one of them to work, when I start the Windows verison, I get the tray icon and the control panel, however I can't access Subsonic in any way, i tried localhost and localhost4040 but nothing. And when I tried the Java standalone, absolutely nothing happend. Please help me!

Review this tutorial:

and see where there might be an issue. If there's still a problem, report back any specifics, like log info, etc.

I follow all the steps, I change the port to 8080, stopped Subsonic and started it again and the icon turned green, but when I opened Subsonic in browser, I got the error message from IE saying "Cannot wiew page" Really strange. Any ideas?
