Time is mixed up

I'm using Subsonic on a german Windows Home Server with language set to german - and Subsonic doesn't has the correct time!
When doing something, the timestamp within the log is 5 hours 30 minutes back in time:
real time on the host: 13:58
timestamp in log file: 08:28
This mixes up my settings for the automated re-indexing which should start at 23:00. On 23.59 the server automatically shuts down - and re-indexing automatically starts when the server is turned on again
Any ideas to correct the time within subsonic?
