I use subsonic in Linux and made links to lame and ffmpeg in transcode directory. All I get is white noise when flac is transcode to mp3.

Sup? :)

Thanks

I use Linux too but haven't problems with FLAC's. Search in my post http://forum.subsonic.org/forum/search.php?search_author=stozher or go to my SS (see profile for account).

Telling me you don't have a problem doesn't help much. How about telling me how your transcode is setup instead and then MAYBE I won't have a problem with mine either.

Thanks

Post your transcode rows, SS, FFmpeg, Lame version and etc. I'm not an oracle.

Don't use symlinks. Copy lame and ffmpeg to your transcode directory.

Is this FLAC's played in other players like VLC, Amarok, Totem? What is a max samplerate of your sound cards?
