First Off ... Awesome software. Thank you so much for putting this out. I hope you get enough donations to make this all worthwhile.

The one issue I have is the Podcast downloading page. It is very slow coming up. I do have a lot of podcasts I download, 36, and it takes between 60 - 90 seconds to slowly list all the podcast feeds.

Version 4.2 (build 1944) – November 21, 2010
Server jetty-6.1.x, java 1.6.0_18, Linux (62.1 MB / 90.7 MB)

It is running on an atom server, with 2 gigs of ram. Not a powerhouse but it should be powerful enough to list out the podcasts faster.

I'm also seeing seemingly random java.net.UnknownHostException errors on the podcasts. Sometimes they work, sometimes not.

I understand this isn't the focus of subSonic, but I thought I would let you know of these issues in case you were not aware of them.

I've got same problems concerning the load time and the address problem.
For the load time, no solution, just wait ...
And about the "java.net.UnknownHostException errors", I also saw that when the search index update was in progress or if another user was playing something on subsonic. Restarting the computer sometimes work, sometinmes not. (just 12 podcasts).
What about introducing a tune section because, rarely, rss adresses change and it would be more confortable to keep new tracks in the same folder than having a new line for the same program. I mean, in the tune option, the rss adress could be changed and after applying mod, everything would became like before. (easy to say, I know ! ...)

for information, subsonic 4.4 build 2169 working on a freenas config, 2 TO for data, 1GB ram, 775 chip at 3 GHz, no other use than subsonic.
