Stop subsonic service in Freenas?

I'm looking to routinely backup my subsonic install, and I assume it's prudent to stop subsonic before copying anything. I've found info on stopping the windows and linux versions, but haven't found how to stop it on the standalone version using Freenas. Any thoughts?

you can stop subsonic in freenas by doing
Code: Select all
kill -KILL <PID#>

you can find the pid by doing, the pid will be the first number listed
Code: Select all
ps | grep di

there will probably be a way to automate that a bit so you can find the pid and kill it, do your backup then start it back up with ./subsonic.sh but im a noob in freebsd and dont know how to automate stuff like that yet
