Bitrate chart does not treat zero as a number
Posted: Mon Jan 03, 2011 8:38 pmI love the bandwidth chart in the status pane. But, I noticed that it doesn't properly represent zero. Any time the bandwidth usage for a client is zero, the chart shows this as a gap. Then as soon as the client starts pulling data again, the chart algorithm draws a straight (inaccurate) line from the last non-zero data point, across all the "zero" points, connecting to the next non-zero data point.
As a result, the chart misrepresents intermittent bandwidth usage and displays awkward diagonal lines on the chart instead of simply continuing to draw the chart along the bottom at zero, where it belongs.
Is this a known issue? Is there a fix planned in a future release?
