Is there a list of available argument switches/substitutions for transcoding commands? ( %o, %s, %bk ... )
More spesific I want to pass the username logged in, and if possible client IP address. I want to use this in a wrapper script to (auto)select different transcoding bitrates.

Or maybe there is a proper solution for this already?!

not sure what you're looking for... but you can already setup different max bitrates for different logins/users
