...So far nothing, all I want to do is sync my itunes playlist with my Galaxy Tablet.

I want what ever I purchased on Itunes to play on the Tablet.

I want clear instructions on how to do that

You asked two different things. Unprotected music will play. Playlists will play. I don't (and never have) use iTunes, but typically the iTunes playlists refer to a specific iTunes db, not a given music/folder structure (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Still, constructed playlists (outside of iTunes) play fine. Why not divest yourself from iTunes? It may be painful initially, but it's worth it.
